iPOROUS Transfer Pad는 공기유체막을 형성하여대상물을 부상시키며 기계적
강도가 높으며 공급유체압력에의한 형상이나 세공의 변형이 발생하지 않기
때문에 유니트의 규격을 줄일수 있습니다. 조건에 따라 PAD의 규격을 조정하여
최상의 제품을 설계할 수 있습니다.
- Material : PE, other
- Pore size : 1㎛ ∼ 200㎛
- Dimensions : 0.5mm ∼ 30mm (thickness)
- Color : white (standard) or Customer
- Temperature ranger : -200℃ ∼ +80℃

iPOROUS FLUIDIZING PLATE는 공기유체막을 형성하여 대상물을 부상 이동
시키 시키며 Fluidizing system 은 균일하고 정밀한 Aeration 으로 SILO,
HOPPER 등의 내부에 유동화를 극대화 시켜 분체의 원활한 배출과 뭉쳐짐
이나 다져지는 현상을 해소시켜 줍니다.
규격과 별도로 원료의 재질 비중등을 검토하여 주문 제작 합니다.
